Comparison
Lynkarr vs Exclaimer
Exclaimer tells you how a signature performed. Lynkarr tells you what happened to each email: who it went to, whether it was opened, and which link was tapped, with every reply and forward in the same conversation.
No credit card required.
The short version
See how Lynkarr and Exclaimer compare on the essentials.
“Exclaimer already has signature analytics.”
It does, per signature: how many emails carried it, how many clicks it got, and which companies' domains clicked. The question it does not answer is what happened to one email you sent on Tuesday.
The factLynkarr lists each email by its subject, with its recipients, whether it was opened and when, and each link tapped. Signature analytics is on Enterprise.
“We look at the numbers once a day anyway.”
Then a daily dashboard is enough. If somebody on your team wants to know whether a proposal was opened before they pick up the phone, it is not.
The factExclaimer's documentation says its analytics dashboards update daily. Here an open or a tap is recorded as it happens, and a sent email appears within about five minutes.
“A signature tool only needs to do signatures.”
The signature is where a recipient finds your card, your booking link and your code. When those are made in the same account, a change to a job title or a link is made once.
The factLynkarr signatures are built from the company's digital cards, and the same account holds the QR codes, short links, pages and forms they point at.
Side by side
A detailed look at how Lynkarr and Exclaimer stack up.
| Feature | Lynkarr | Exclaimer |
|---|---|---|
| What the analytics reports on | Each email by its subject, and from there each signature, sender, link, recipient and recipient domain. | Each signature: sends, clicks and an engagement percentage, and clicks by recipient domain. |
| Finding one email you sent | Every tab narrows to one email by its subject, with its replies and forwards. | Its analytics pages describe figures per signature, per domain and per period, and no view of a single email. |
| Replies and forwards | Counted with the email that started the conversation, so a conversation is one line and a reply opened once is one open. | Its analytics pages do not describe grouping them. |
| Opens | Each open with its time and mail program, read again or opened somewhere new. Marked approximate, since some mail programs fetch images themselves. | Signature views, listed in its dashboard exports as impressions. |
| How fresh the figures are | Opens and taps as they happen; sent emails within about five minutes. | Dashboards update daily. |
| Link scanners | A link followed from a hosting network or by a named scanner is not counted as a tap. | Its analytics pages do not say how a mail scanner following a link is counted. |
| Which plan | Signatures are on Business and above; signature analytics is on Enterprise. | Analytics is available on its Pro plan. |

Why teams choose Lynkarr
Where Exclaimer may fit better
- Google Workspace mailIts published pages list Google Workspace as well as Microsoft 365; Lynkarr signatures are for Microsoft 365.
- Analytics below our Enterprise planIts analytics is on its Pro plan; ours is on Enterprise, with signatures themselves from Business.
- A signature tool and nothing elseIf cards, codes and links are handled elsewhere, a tool that does only signatures has less to learn.
Why Lynkarr
Choose Lynkarr if the question you want answered is about an email rather than about a design: who opened this one, what they tapped, and what happened across the conversation. It comes with the cards, codes and links the signature points at, in one account.
Said plainly, because it is the page an administrator reads: signature analytics records who each email went to, its subject, and when it was opened or a link tapped. It is on by plan, the image that counts opens can be switched off for any one signature, and opens are approximate while taps are exact. What is recorded.
