Point a domain or subdomain at us and every code and link uses it. Certificates are issued and renewed automatically; there is nothing to install.

What to point at us

Usually a subdomain — go.example.com, qr.example.com — because it keeps the main site's DNS out of it. Add the record we give you and the certificate follows within minutes.

The thing to understand before printing

A code baked with your own domain depends on that domain existing for as long as the code does. If the registration lapses or the record is removed, the printed code stops working and cannot be reissued — the artwork is already out there. Codes on our domain carry no such risk, which is why they remain the default.
