Design it once from a company card. It lands in every employee's sent mail automatically — a different version, if you want one, for a new message, a reply, and a forward — without anybody pasting it into their own mail client.
Above the reply, not the whole thread
A signature appended by an Exchange transport rule lands at the very bottom of an email — under three levels of quoted history by the fourth reply. This is inserted directly into the message itself, above the reply boundary, in the same place it would land if the person had typed it there.
It works the same way for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes alike — the same design, applied consistently, whichever one your company runs.
Which signature, decided by what kind of message it is
A template can be set to apply only to a new message, only to a reply, only to a forward, or to all three — assigned to a person, a group, or the whole company as the default. Somebody whose forwards should carry a different line than their replies sets that once; every message after picks the right one on its own.
Nothing for your IT admin to run
No PowerShell script, no transport rule to maintain, no connector to update when someone joins the company or changes title. Connect the mailbox provider once; every signature after that is a change made in Lynkarr, not a script run by hand.

Does this need a script run in our Microsoft 365 admin center?
