Is a custom domain required?No. Links work on ours from the first minute. Your own domain is what makes them look like yours, and it is on Business and above.
What if my domain expires?Anything already shared or printed with that domain stops working and cannot be reissued. It is the one real risk of a custom domain, and it is why ours stays the default.
Are short links case-sensitive?No. They are matched case-insensitively, because a link read off a poster is a link somebody types wrong.
