What a scan earned, not just that it happened
A small snippet on your own site reports back what a visit was worth. We attribute it to the code that sent them, so a report can say which poster paid for itself.
How the attribution works
First touch, within a window you set. Somebody scans the code, arrives on your site, and buys something four days later โ that order is credited to the code, provided four days is inside the window you chose. Setting the window is a judgement about your own sales cycle, so it is yours to make rather than ours.
Currencies are never mixed
Revenue is reported in the currency your site sent. Totals are per-currency and never summed across them, because a single number blending GBP and USD is wrong in both and looks right in neither.
What the snippet collects
The event, its value and currency, and the same visitor-level signals a scan records. No IP address is stored, and the snippet reads nothing from the page it is on beyond what you pass it.
