Sub-processors
Third parties who process data on our behalf in order to provide the service, and what each one does.
| Sub-processor | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting, database, file storage, bot checks, and content delivery. |
| Stripe | Payment processing and billing. No card number ever reaches our own systems. |
| Resend | Outbound transactional email. |
| Postmark | Fallback relay for outbound email when a customer's own mail server cannot be reached. |
| Twilio | SMS delivery, only for accounts that have switched on text alerts. |
If your account uses single sign-on or a Google or Microsoft sign-in button, your own identity provider is also involved, by your choice, and is not listed here as a sub-processor of ours.
Changes
We will update this page, and give reasonable notice, before adding or replacing a sub-processor.
