How to make an email signature from your card.
Open Cards, open your card, and make sure it's published.
Under Email signature, choose a layout. The count below shows how much of Gmail's limit it uses.
Press Copy, and paste it into your mail's signature setting. Outlook, Gmail, or Apple Mail.
Pasting makes a copy. Your photo and logo follow your card, but the words don't. So paste it again when they change.
And under Team, an owner can add a legal footer and banners to everyone's signature.
