Open Events, and add your event, with its dates.

Every event has its own page. Open it, and press Scan a badge.

Point the camera at the code on the badge. The details are read into a contact.

No readable code? Choose Photo instead. Check what it read, fix anything, and save.

Everyone you capture there is tagged with that event.

And under Team, you can turn on one introduction email, sent to each person you meet.
